电压暂降又称电压跌落、电压骤降、电压凹陷和晃电灯，是指电压有效值的突然下降，然后又迅速恢复正常的现象。
即指电力系统中某点工频电压有效值暂时降低至额定电压的90%-10%，持续时间在10ms~1min之间，然后回升至正常电压范围的现象。
